Full-Stack Engineer
At AccessiBit we're looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who can take a problem, understand it and see it all the way through.
We're not looking for someone who just works through tickets. We're looking for someone autonomous, with ownership, sound technical judgement and the ability to use AI as a real lever in their daily work.

What you'll do
- Build end-to-end features
- Work across frontend, backend and AI services
- Make technical and product decisions
- Spot edge cases and problems even when they aren't written in the task
- Improve the team's tooling, processes and automations
- Use AI coding tools every day
Stack
TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, AWS, pnpm/Turbo, GitHub.
You don't need to know all of it perfectly. We care much more about how you tackle new problems and how fast you can move.
We're looking for someone who
- Has already built real products and shipped them to production
- Can work on both frontend and backend
- Would rather get a problem to solve than step-by-step instructions
- Communicates blockers, decisions and trade-offs clearly
- Automates repetitive work instead of putting up with it
- Uses Claude Code, Codex or similar tools while staying in control of the result
Process
Application → 45–60 min practical challenge → call with the team → possible paid trial → offer.
During the challenge you're free to use AI, documentation and online search. No LeetCode.
